Wide ranging designs and finishes

Up-and-over doors are available with 2 different types of lifting gear, The canopy gear, where the door spring runs across the top header, and when open, a third of the door sticks out, and the retractable gear, where the springs are down each side of the door. When the door is open, it fully retracts into the garage with tracks that run into the garage. This door gear allows the door to be electrically operated.These up-and-over garage doors are available in a vast selection of finishes to suit your exact needs. From steel in standard white or a range of other typical colours, timber doors base coated treated or fully finished timber stains or GRP (fibreglass) doors can be fully finished in either gloss white, or a range of woodgrain stains.

Team of Specialists

GD UK is a newly formed company, working in partnership with Associated Garage Doors. Set up by Steve Baker, who has worked in the industry for over 25 years and started working with various garage door manufacturers, he then moved into wholesale, selling to developers and garage door specialists.

As of April 2017, he set up GD UK, again selling to developers and private clients as well as providing expertise in the supply and installation of garage doors throughout the South East.
